I think there will be lots of exclamation marks in this blog.

We leave in a week and a half. It seems like there are so many things to do before we leave: ingest more attenuated Salmonella typhi, get Polio shots, pack, money business, the usual.

I don't have much to say now, but I feel like since there's a blog, I have to add things. There will be more exciting things soon.

Brian and Jenni are going to be with us for part of our trip, so that will be fun!

You're asking for a lot of work when the preparations are already pretty hectic. How about I have Mark provide many wit-filled observations for you and skip the others?

Hopefully at some point, there will be links to pictures on here. I think you should take some preview pictures of yourself of the shots you'll be taking in Asia. Maybe draw a little sketch of Hanoi and the pose in front of it. Also, you should make Mark do some entries on this blog too. Share the burden of being wittily observant with him.
