Camping with Madame Pele

Kilauea caldera has been heavily erupting recently, so we went to see it.  The lava flows underground most of the way to the ocean, so we were able to go right up to the gaping sulfiric crater.  We also got to hike a very dark mile through an (inactive) lava tube.  Since lava was just under the surface, rain water came right back up through hot steam vents.  Cooooool!
