Newark DE with Ashley and Lauren (and Alex and Luke)

Ashley and I got up super early, got Alex dressed and fed in record time, and piled into the car for the old drive to Delaware. We made it in plenty of time to an old favorite, the Denny's on 273. Lauren and Luke arrived right on time and we all had a great time catching up. After we ate, we took Luke and Alex to the mall to let them run around. Luke is only about 2 inches shorter than Alex, which is something considering he's almost a whole year younger. Wow! Anyway, it was great to see the girls. We will have to do it again! Lauren took me to Wilmington train station in plenty of time to catch the train to NYC.
