Since the crazy orientation week, I've been taking the last two weeks slowly- just walking around Aarhus.

Across from our school on August 31, we (Jenny, Whitney, Sylvia and I) found a very nice cemetery. We took some pictures at the entrance and then walked among the graves. We found butterflies dancing among the stones, and little watering wells; it was very beautiful and calming.

Then September 10, Sylvia and I took a walk in our local 'forest.' It was nice to find somewhere to take in some fresh air. It reminded me of the woods at home (missing Oregon just a little).

This forest supposedly surrounds a castle that the Queen of Denmark visits one week each year (we weren't able to get close enough to take a picture of the castle... but perhaps we'll find it next time).

Loved your pictures. Your calming blue flowers are hydrangeas. Let the woods make you feel closer to home, since things look so similar, think how small the world really is. Re: Picture on the Bench You are such a poser! I'm sure you're driving all the boys mad. Best wishes as always.
