30 min by boat, a short taxi  ride and 4 hours by bus.

The buses in Panama are small, clean, and air conditioned, and expensive! Well, not compared to Canada, but to Costa Rica. In CR we never payed more than $1.5 for stinky hot bus. Here we payed 7 bucks each for a nice cool bus ride. And the roads are very good. And we saw Macdonalds! We haven't seen one sinnce we landed.

The country is amazing! Breathtakingly beautifull. And at least in the parts that we passes, and is not developed. In Costa Rica everywhere you go is a farm land, they clearcut the whole contry except for the Nacional Parks. Here in Panama, out of 4 hours on the bus 3 hours we were going through the jungle on both sides of the road. I kinda want to keep travel in Panama now, but Russ wants to go hung out on the beach. We both don't feel particulary awsome, so we are going back to Costa Rica and find a nice place on the beach. The only thing it's raining here like crazy. We should have checked the weather before we came to the pacific side.

Bocas were just a piece of paradise.
