Ellie starts a degree course in hospitality management at Bournemouth University.
She ends up in a lovely house shared with 2 other girls, with phone and internet access, plus a gardener every week.
For lunch we stop at a local Tratttoria, where the manager dispenses words of wisdom very appropriate for one just staring in the hosptiality trade.
