It is my responsibility to warn travelers about Malpensa Shuttle. On August 24th, I took the shuttle from Milano Centrale to Terminale 2 early in the morning. I placed two of my bags in the custody of Malpensa Shuttle, which is included in my ticket fare. I fell asleep and was the last person to exit the shuttle.  Upon arrival of my terminal,  I went to retrieve my bags, and I discovered one of them was missing. Apparently, my  red suitcase was taken by another traveler while under the custody of Malpensa Shuttle.

Once I discovered my bag was taken and with such grief that all of my belongings (at least most of my needed items) where taken, I notified the driver, in which he took me to the office inside the terminal. These employees behind the counter could have cared less that my suitcase was gone despite what was written with fine print on their ticket  taking responsibility of loss baggages. The employee was laughing and wanted me to wait over an hour before anything was to be done.

Beware if you are considering on taking Malpensa Shuttle

Anyway, it seemed  that another passenger took my bag to Brazil, and returned it, BUT Malpensa Shuttle required ME to pay 280 euro to deliver my bag to the States where I live. Something that was taken from me by another passenger, and under the custody of Malpensa Shuttle. They were ultimately responsible for  ensuring that our bags are safe during transportation and arrival. They found they were not at any fault at all, and the passenger definitely didn't find fault in taking my bag, which apparently didn't belong to her. I had requested that Malpensa split the cost of delivery with me, and they definitely didn't see their fault in all of this as well, leaving me to foot the bill. Their only response is " Well your bag has been returned!"  Of course I was delighted to hear of that, but the principle of the matter was that my bag was given to another passenger.

Why travel on something in which you can't trust your belongings to be safe. Take the train from Cadorna and travel with your bags in  your full view. Malpensa Shuttle is rude and irresponsible even with their tickets claiming responsibility of any loss or damage. I will be flying to Milan in a week's time to retrieve my bag.

They are rude, and trust me, it is worth the extra time to take the train rather than entrust this company to take you and your bags safe. I know this is not an ongoing problem, but if something like this can happen to me, it can happen to anyone. If you need to take the shuttle, my advice, is to not fall asleep or to get off of every stop to make sure that Malpensa  Shuttle doesn't give your belongings to someone else.......
