It was nice to make a trip back home to Vancouver for a few weeks. I know it is my home, but it still seemed like a trip because I was sleeping at friends and family members houses.

The weather was a bit chilly some days at it was still winter time, but I didnt get a chance to see any snowfall in the city. The mountains were another story. Seymour, Grouse, and Cyprus were all fully covered with snow, and full of skiers and snowboarders. It was a beautiful site to see all three mountains from Downtown Vancouver.

Vancouver has so many sights to see, great places to eat, and a upbeat nightlife. Its no wonder why we are one of the top tourist destinations in the world.

While I was in Vancouver I did manage to take in 1 Canucks game and 2 concerts. Two of my friends, Aaron and Tony and I went to see the Roots perform at the Commodore Ballroom, and that was an amazing show. I was given the ticket so I am not sure what the cost was. My brother Josh and I went to see Tenacious D at the Queen Elizabeth Theater. Now this was a show and a half and with tickets costing under $50ea it was well worth it.

All in all it was a good visit back home, but I really wanted to get back to this side of the world so that we could continue our travelling adventures.
