It was raining most of the night. The rain is totally freaky, you can't belive it.

Had local brekfast.. good but fat. If we keep eating it the plane wont lift off the ground.

Drove to La Fortuna. (so we drove from Liberia to Fortuna to La Fortuna) La fortuna is at the base of the volcano Arenal.

It gets dark at 6 pm here and it gets dark all of a sudden, so by the time we started to look for a place to stay it was pitch dark. And ofcourse we didn't want to stay in all of the touristy places in town, so we were looking for something cooller. But all the cool ecolodges were full (so much for the low season... the place is packed) any way in the second place we went the guy felt sorry for us and made bunch of calles and we scorred a cabin with a view in a middle of nowhere at the base of a volcano and totaly new. And we are the only one staying there. The owner, Roman, wasn't even there, but his dad was, so it was a bit hectic, but everybody called everybody and we were told to drive to the end of the road and Roman's dad would wait for us. But ofcourse he wasn't. And the neighbor had to go get him... Oh and none of them speak any English. We are so freaking glad we took the classes. It makes everything alot more fun, even tho' our spanish is really bad.
