London Baby

I arrived in London on 6-29 @ 9 am (that's about 4 am your time).

The flight was good. Long...but still ok. Virgin Atlantic is a really

great arline to fly with. However, I do have one complaint. I sat next

to the hottest guy I think I've ever seen. Normally this wouldnt be a

problem for me:) But when you're going on no sleep and its an 8 hour

flight you want to sleep! But he was so hot and I didnt want him to

see me make my ugly sleep face and I hate to admit it but I talk in my

sleep (big time) and that's just embarassing! So I tried to wait him out

but the little bugger would not go to sleep (I'm already talking British guys, just call me

madonna, I've been britainized:).

Anywho, I finally made it to london and took a cabride to the dorm I'm

staying in (the cab ride was terrifying...I though NYC cabbies were

reckless...). The dorm is gorgeous on the outside. Red brick, White

window sills, big balconies, and even a cute little cat perched on the

front stoop. The inside however...Definitely lived in...by students!

It's very clean though, just a little beat up.

Today I went to Westminster abbey, the National Gallery (great museum,

with works by Da Vinci, Michelangelo, Rapheal, etc...) and did lots and

lots o' shopping.

oh yeah and I had beans on toast:) Yum to English breakfast:)
