Park City was our first destination in Utah. We drove into the town from Salt Lake City enjoying the picturesque scenery of mountain tops covered with snow in a 100 degrees heat.  So from what I've learned Park City is famous for two things - Skying Resort and Sundance Festival. Sundance Festival is much closer to my heart than skying or any other sports and it was incredible to be in a place where all the famous (and not so famous) independent filmmakers spend their winter season. We didn't see any stars walking on the streets of course, but Mario promised that it's common to meet Gael Garcia Bernal on your way to the groceries store in january. :)

So Park City is small. a very small town. No skyscrapers, no traffic jams, no garbage on the streets. It was sunday and it was some sort of a weekly fair thing going on downtown. Lots of shops...well not really shops but just people selling their products along the street. Our friend Washington was the best one among them...I mean, of course! :) His mango and pamagranit sorbet seemed to be very popular...but ofcourse most of the customers (especially those with kids) thought that it's vanilla and chocolate flavors. People amaze me sometimes. They really do.

"Come, try my sorbet, beautiful people!" That's the line that made me laugh so much. So that's what you get in Park City - smiling, good mood and lots of sorbet! :)

The market was closed by 5 pm and we all went to the skyline. It's a sort of a sky lift that takes you up to the sky and  gives you the opportunity to see all the park city as it is. and it is nothing but beautiful. mountains, amazing houses on the top of the hills (i can only imagine how much time it takes those people to drive down the hill every morning...), such blue clear sky that i didn't think existed anymore after 2 month in rainy florida...truly beautiful.
