Its official... I'm a certified PADI Open Water Diver. Im so proud of myself!! This is something I've had written on my " to do list " for about 2 years now, but I never ever thought Id actually be able to do it. I was so scared about my ears but they were fine.

Today we did two dives a 60ft and a 50ft. The first dive was was ok but I didnt have enough weights in my belt and I kept floating up to the surface! Bla and Mich had to pull me down it was so funny, then I got cramp, and had to grab on to Cal our instructor. The second dive with adjusted weights was amazing... I cant even begin to describe it... I love diving!! I held a shark at 50ft below water... a nurse shark. You can hold it by its tail and stroke its belly... its just like a dog!! It loved it.It just lies there and doesnt struggle.

I am so happy to be out here. I cant wait to go diving again... I really cant explain how amazing it feels. You are weightless  and just floating  up and down and chasing fish and seeing the coral.. its just amazing. Everything is so peaceful.. the fish just sway with the current. I loved to lie on my back and see the people swimmimg over me and seeing the surface and the fish  WOOOOOOOW I could go on on on and on! The beauty down there is incredible. But it is really tiring! Im sooo sleepy now.

We just had dinner at Big Bamboo, I had lobster with lemon butter, potato and fired plantain.... it doesnt get better. Tonight we are going out dancing!! Yeah!! I LOVE BELIZE!!
