First stop fun and sun

Hi Everyone!

First stop was to see and spend some time with my family in Garden City, SC. We needed a little R and R, fun and sun, too. We had great weather, though it was a bit windy. The tide was very high most of the trip, higher for longer time periods than we had ever seen before. We didn't do much of anything, but lie in the sun, swim in the pool and ocean. Oh,yeah and eat seafood! YUM!! Scallops and shrimp!! And I did have to have a couple of margaritas, too! Got to go on a couple of long runs on the beach, too.
