Another grueling day both of us are really finding this tough we had another 94 mile day.  We passed through the area of Bohemia which was stunning but that could not take away the fact that both of us are suffering quite a bit to get through this.  Just to give you an idea of a typical day :-

7am Alarm goes, turn over an ignore it realise legs feel like lead weights, have a shower, breakfast and head out

he thinks all Europeans are deaf

8 30 Find a supermarket and stock up 4 demi baguettes, ham, couple of cakes, cereal bars

9 the ride begins

10 30 stop for mid morning food eat half of what was bought

12 00 stop for first lunch eat what was left of the food plus buy more

14 00 stop for second lunch buy more bread, fruit and anything interesting have  a 30 min break

15 30 knackered have a 20 min break Joe chats to local about directions by shouting at them slowly he thinks all Europeans are deaf ( Joe - "Not Vlasim, Vlasim bad. Which way to here !?! ... No, not Vlasim !" )

17 00 break again feel like there is nothing left in the tank so eat several chocolate bars

18 00 make it into town find a place to stay

19 30 eat

21 00 fall asleep watching the football ready for the next day.

During all of this we are drinking about 7 litres of water while cycling.
