Kapama Game Reserve

The Lodge was incredible. Everything you would expect out of a 5 star lodge. We saw the Big 5 within the first 2 days which they said does not happen very often . We had our own car and amazing driver Quintin. He would do anything we asked which was not much. If you go this time of year get ready it is dam cold. It was in the low 50 most of the day and even colder at night. The tour company did not warn us that is was going to be that cold. The Lodge did have a great selection of jackets and fleeces.

The driver will get you so close that we had 3 elephants rub against the truck to scratch them self. We got within 10ft of a Leopard and he 4 month old cub.
