We were the last ones out today, spent some extra time downloading photos. Then it was so pretty and we both felt good. All green rolling pastures and at one point we were in the pasture with the horses walking around. We caught up with the Aussies and then were a bit ahead of them when we came to a part of the Camino that was blocked off with police tape. So a man told us the road was COMPLETLY washed out and to go this other way. So we did. It was a concrete bike path that was probably fairly pretty but it went on forever and we were lost and concrete sucks on your feet. Finally some little old Spanish ladies told us which way to go and we met up with the Camino again. Still a LONG ways to Pamplona, but then we got to the place we were meant to stay and it was closed. The next place was also closed and the next. So we left Alain guarding the stuff and us girls went out to seek shelter. Found a place, up three or four flights of stairs but it smelled really good. So we went back to collect Alain and then left him in the room whilst us little woman went out to seek provisions. Found provision and also went into the San Saturnino cathedral. Mass was just ending and we stayed for the end, it was just insanly beautiful inside. We got our passports stamped and headed back to the hotel.

Hate concrete, bad, bad
