Day 26:

Left the hotel with what we thought was loads of time to get the ferry over to the little island of Lembongan.  The guy selling the tickets started saying the boat leaves in 5 minutes....how can it be though cos it doesn't leave until 10.30!!!  Turns out that the clocks went forward an hour between Java and Bali and we had still been in Java time (doh!!!)

Got the boat with just minutes to spare...only took 1 hour to get there..nice easy day....found a beach hotel called Kemut Losmen with the biggest bed you can imagine (it was that big I could hardly see Steve at the other side lol...)  Had a lazy day chilling on the beach and having a little wander around the resort and spent the evening lying back with a few beers watching the sunset (heaven!!!)

Went for tea at Scooby Doo's (didn't even need to put any shoes as the restaurant was right on the beach) and listened to the waves crashing on to the shore....

Day 27:

Had the biggest breakfast ever and then hired out some bikes so that we could go and explore the island.  Went to a place called Mushroom Bay which had gorgeous golden sands.  We were knackered by the time we got there (this bike riding milarcy is tiring stuff) and had a well deserved mikshake.  Chilled out on the beach for a while and then headed to a restaurant which was high up in the cliff to have lunch whilst looking over Mushroom Bay (awesome views)

After lunch we swam in the sea and then got on the bikes again and went to a place called Dream Beach.  We were the only ones there....there was awesome waves crashing into the cliff face...

Watched the sunset for a second night and had the world's slowest Apple crumble ever....it was worth the wait though :o)
