Bordeaux

We arrive at the Mercure Hotel in Bourdeaux at 6.30pm giving us 1 hr before dinner is served. Lyn and I go for a stroll into town. We go as far as the city centre before its time to head back to the hotel for dinner. We get some shots the city and the building. It almost felt like a small version of Paris. Very beautiful and very busy.

Bordeaux - The wine region of France

Dinner is served and the seating arrangements is nice and modern. We sat and chatted amongst the travellers most of course from Australia.

We end dinner and Pom and I head into town for a stroll and then decide to resort back to the hotel to rest our heads, as again tomorrow is an early start once again. On route to Bordeaux it's very obvious it is the wine region of France as we go pass the many vineyards. I would love to come back here and do a wine tour and discover more parts of this beautiful area of France. There would be plenty great B&B
