the sacred valley was done on a tour with one of the angencies we causally picked up in the square...after some serious bartering we got it down to 70pesos. i think the guy still went away laughing...
anyway the sared tour consisted of 2 ruins, 1 church, and 2 markets...none of which were terrribly amazing...
i guess the highlight was the ollantaytambo ruin..which by the way can be seen on the way to machu picchu by train.
Pisca was ontop of a mountain which required the most effort.. and we had not yet adjusted to the altitude (good machu picchu training). so after walking of a realitely level path both toby and i were panting... seriously.
