So night we went to watch the big game. It was the England vs. France semi-final for the world cup in Rugby. I'm slowly learning the rules to the game. I think it's pretty cool that they players can only pass the ball backwards, they can throw is forwards. It's a horrendous sport to watch, I doubt that there is any player that walks away not bleeding or worse.

Last night and today I stayed in. I'm trying to get rid of a cold and sore throat so I didn't want to go out the clubs tonight. I did go down to the bar to watch the game. I have recently discovered the cider here, it tastes like sparkling apple juice, just with alcohol in it. I like it. I'd rather drink that then beer or larger sometimes.

We were watching the game with some friends of ours. Including some guys from France, Adrian wasn't too happy that France lost. It was a very exciting game thought, Josie and I both got into it. I'd like to go watch a professional game in person to see how that is. Bradford has it's own team, the Bradford Bulls, I think. I might look into when the matches are. Also, Ramsey is playing for the University's League team so I hope to go watch him play sometime soon.

On Wednesday's it's called student night and that's the night that most teams will go out and party. I went out last Wednesday night with the Squash team. We had a lot of fun. First we met on campus at the bar and played a few games. I didn't really know any of the guys until then, they are always so focused at the trainings. Then we went into Revolution, which was pretty much dead. I had a really good drink that included raspberries. Then we walked down to Livingstone's where one of the guys is a bartender. So he gave us all free admission passes and one free drink. We danced a little there and goofed around. I was teasing the guys a bit, which I should have know would come back and get me. Our last stop was Walkabout where there was a foam party in progress. Let's just say that payback was a lot of foam in my face. They thoroughly enjoyed throwing me in the foam. I took some down with me...
