The amazon originates in Peru, bolivia and ecuador before expanding into brasil. some of the best wildlife is viewed here due to the small rivers and lake ecosystems.

we came to here to see lots of animals and thats exactly what we got. there was crocidiles, piranhas, tarantulas, anacondas, pink dolphins, and lots of birds.

our trip started a bit shaking with our guide not being able to organise his way out of a paper bag. when we got to the jungle it hit us that the motor boat that took us in was not staying with us for the trip. instead we were given another camps worst paddle boat. it had numerous leaks (which were patched up with clay so we only had to bail every 5 minutes instead of constantly). this boat we used to look for crocidiles and piranhas. our guide told us that it was better for seeing animals because it was stealth. however we the only group without a motor.

our guides vision was also a bit suspect. as we had to point out all the animals to him. all in all dispite the bad direction of our guide we had an amazing time. more than our fare share of animals...
