Our stay at Achill Island was definitely the highlight of our trip.  We went for a walk up Mt Slievemore. Just after we'd reached the top the cloud came over and it started to rain. Marc was lingering for some reason, but Rose was complaining about being cold so we headed down. On the way down the sun came out so Marc stopped to take off his jacket and Rose sat down on a rock. While she was sitting there Marc got down on one knee and pulled out a ring. It was a perfect setting for an engagement, on a rocky outcrop, up a mountain over looking the sea and a deserted village. Obviously Rose said yes, so we're now engaged YAY!
