Well, Singapore was a quick stop on my journey to India which was refreshing since I had been on a plane for the last`16 hours! We had just enough time to take a shower at our hotel in the city and wander around the block before heading back to the airport for our flight to India.
In my single hour in Singapore City, a friend and I ventured into Kim Seng Park, near our hotel, which was filled with many wonderful smelling flowers and trees. It was a sanctuary compared to the stuffy airplane we had been on for so long. We were also preparing for the rest of our journey to India that lay ahead.
