So, we'd just gotten on the road in the morning, had decided to grab a bite to eat, and the car broke down. Here we are in Normal, IL. Leeloo will understand the significance of being stuck in Normal.
Anyway, we lost a day. Got a lot of rest. Did some talking. With temps in the 90's and humidity readings in the upper 60's, it's not much fun to just get out and walk around. The dog, especially, wasn't digging the idea. Ilan did go out and explore, and is sleeping like a log at the moment. This afternoon we'll be on the road, and we plan on covering a lot of miles before we settle in again.
Leeloo will understand the significance of being stuck in Normal.
