More Museums, The New And The Old

We spent the last 2 days in Paris visiting the Musee d Orsee and the Louvre. The Musee d Orsee is home of the "modern" art movement, the impressionists and other genre from that period onward. The museum itself was formally a train station that was active during the steam era, converted to the structure we see today. A little over 20 years ago the current museum was opened and all the art work from various other collections was consolidated to be displayed here.
