Well, I'd like to tell you all the story of how brilliant doing a skydive was and how brave I was to do it...but sadly I can't cause I couldn't do it! I thought about it, long and hard but in the end the idea of throwing myslelf out of a plane with a piece of material to save me just made me feel quite ill! So I watched Claire do it.

After she did throw herself out of the plane, we headed up to Rotorua and spent an afternoon in the hot springs pampering ourselves! We felt that after such a hectic time we deserved it. I may have stayed in slighty too long as I resembled a prune for about 2 days after. It was worth it though, the Polynesian spa is an outdoor one, so you sit in the pools overlooking the lake, lovely!

The next day we decided we need some educational learnings, so we headed to Te Puia where we learnt all about Maori culture, saw our first Haka and first Kiwi bird!!
