Our tour was with Haggis, on a big yellow bus.  We had 27 other passangers on our bus, and most were Kiwi's!!!  Today we were heading for Oban, a little fishing village on the west coast of Scotland.  On our way we visited a big hairy coo (or cow as most of us pronounce it!).  His name was Hamish, and he was quite possibly the biggest bovine I have ever seen (let's remember that I've been to my fair share of rodeo's!!).

We moved on from coo country to a glen where part of the MacDonald clan used to live, they were massacred in their sleep by the Campbells one night, and since then, the Campbells have been hated throughout the highlands of Scotland.  We also visited the monument of Robert the Bruce and the legendary William Wallace, and to our surprise, there was a statue of Mel Gibson at the bottom of the hill that the monument was on, quite funny really!

We also stopped at a lookout where a bagpiper was playing, we got a photo with him, but it cost us 2 pound, otherwise he would stop playing!

Coming into Oban we decided to have Fish and Chips for dinner, followed by a couple of quite ales in the local little fisherman's pub, kicked on till about 1, good night!
