My passage to Australia lasted approximately 36 total hours and 28 flying hours.  This included layovers in Seattle, Seoul and Sydney, an itinerary I do not recommend unless you're using miles.

In the mens' room in Incheon, I was interested to see a head shot of a middle-aged man with the description, in English: "Our janitor responsible for this restroom."  For better or worse, not something you would find in the U.S.

Due to clever scheduling and the wonders of the international date line, I "missed" Christmas.  I did however witness a French group donning electronic, flashing Santa hats perform "White Christmas" while waiting at the Incheon airport.  In flight, woke up just in time to see what I imagined to be the sunrise (or was it sunset?) of Christmas day.

Good experience with Korean Air.  All the flight attendants were female, the exact same height (5'7"), and moved with a swiftness and sincerity that I have not witnessed from other airline personnel.

On board, enjoyed several meals of the Korean dish bibimbap.  To settle a question (argument?) amongst friends, there is no "beef" in the word bibimbat, although the dish often contains beef.

haha...you may recall from my trip home 3 yrs ago that I have fond memories of Incheon..not! On the flight attendants -- I recall one of them babysitting for a passenger on my flight from ATL to Incheon..how sweet. On your way back to Incheon, be sure to get some bulgogi.
