My next destination after Cologne was to travel across the border to Innsbruck, Austria. This place is really beautiful and refreshing.

Innsbruck was the city of two Winter Olympic Games and is situated in the west of Austria. This city is the capital of the province of Tyrol and had its golden age as the residence of the House of Habsburg during the 15th and 16th centuries.

Origin of Classical Music?

The Imperial Palace at Innsbruck was once the seat of the Tyrolean sovereigns...the most prominant landmark is the Golden Roof.

The most notable motorway that separate Austria from Italy is the Brenner Pass.

You could watch a thigh slapping folklore show when in Innsbruck or do some shopping of souvenir.Of course, there were many sights for picture taking as well. For instance, the Wilten church, the little Golden Roof and the Imperial Palace.
