We left Kota Bharu at 6 in the morning to take the Jungle train to the rainforest. It was absolutley packed and boiling hot but the beautiful views made up for it. We arrived in Jerantut at 1900 and went straight out to the Teman

Negara National Park, the home of Malaysia's only rainforest. After a good nights sleep, we started walking through the rainforest, and it was beautiful. We went on the longest canopy walkway in the world, climbed a mountain and trekked through the jungle, and amazingly didn't get lost. We saw and heard loads of wildlife, and the views were beautiful. The only problem was the leeches. I got 2 on me and Owen got 3, you can see the photos of the bites. It was pretty horrible.

Still the rainforest was great, and I would reccomend it to anyone.
