I loved Sitka, it made me want to become a reclusive writer and live in a cabin in the woods and look broodingly over the harbor islands in my chic wooly sweater. Alas, I only had enough time to have a coffee at the local roasters, take the downtown walking tour - where I learned a lot about it's Russian heritage - and discover the Chocolate Moose shop. I will be back.
