Crossroads of the Nation

Cameron, Missouri is known as the Crossroads of the Nation due to the intersection of I-35 and U.S. 36 that resides within its boundaries.

It's also famous because Benjamin Edwards once lived there. He didn't live there long, but wanted to stop by his old stomping grounds to see what it was like these days. It was quite a bit like he remembered it though a little older and a little more run down. We stopped by his old middle school, his football field and his house.

We weren't here long, but enjoyed our stay. Tomorrow it's on to St. Louis.
