Hooray, the weather cleared up and we were able to go to Stone Mountain! It's now a pretty big city attraction, so there were all kinds of things to do while we were there. We saw the Amazing Walendas perform their high-rise, death defying spectacular stunts! We watched the fireworks/laser show displayed on the side of the mountain, and had some Southern buffet at a local inn.
The next day, we headed out of town and went to Chattanooga, Tennessee, where we trekked inside the caverns at Ruby Falls, a waterfall located 1500 feet underground! We got some great video and saw an excellent view of Chattanooga from the famous Lookout Mountain. Now we're in Knoxville, looking forward to the Blue Ridge Mountains tomorrow.
