Mmmmm Moscow!
From The 'I can't believe we are doing this' Trip in Moscow, Russia on May 13 '06
Hi All,
Well our epic journey has begun, and what a city to begin it in. Lots of fun on the flight when we were asked to complete the Russian Immigration Cards which were completely in cyrillic lettering - 3 blurry copies of English translations to cover a completely full 767 aircraft. We managed to get our copy when the aircraft was on final approach so you can guess what our stress levels were at that point! Well, mine anyway as you can guess who was sleeping in the corner!
Moscow is a very interesting city, steeped in history. Visited Red Square yesterday and saw the Kremlin and St Basils Cathederal. Will post some pics over the next couple of days when we work out how to do it.
