Day Trip to Chateaux de Versailles

I am currently sitting in the gardens behind Versailles. We have just finished our tours of the King's Chambers, the State apartments, Hall of Mirrors, Petit and Grand Trianon, and the Queen's Hamlet. We are laying on the grass right by the Gand Canal. We can see the back steps of the Chateaux behind the spray of the fountains. Classical music is being played. The grounds here go on forever in every direction. Im sure you could spend a lifetime here and never see it all. We walked across the street earlier and saw the Coach House. It was the stables but now has carridges on display As we left Versailles today it poured rain so hard that at teh train station we had to yell to each other.
