Finally!  We're here, somewhat rested, and ready to tackle Tokyo Disneyland!  Our hotel is technically within walking distance, but since we have young children, we'll save the whining for later(not first thing in the morning) and we hop on the free shuttle bus.  It's a great-looking bus; no mistaking that we're at Disney!  The monorail station is pretty much across the street, but the bus was so cute that we had to ride it instead of walking.

Unlike Anaheim (and Florida), there is a fee for this monorail.  It was a couple dollars per person, and it had four stops: Hotel side; Disney Sea; JR Train Station; Disneyland.

Entrance to the park - the glass-topped building is the enclosure for the "World Bazaar", where Main Street,USA normally sits.

There are two theme parks here, right next to each other.  However, the entrances are fairly far apart, so the monorail is the best way to get between them.  Disneyland is very much like the Magic Kingdom in Anaheim.  Disney Sea is all water-themed lands i.e., Mediterranean Harbor, Mermaid Lagoon, Arabian Coast...

Disneyland contains Adventureland, Tomorrowland, Toontown, Fantasyland, Critter Country, Westernland, and World Bazaar (instead of Main St.)

Most of our day was spent in Toontown and Fantasyland, with side trips to the Pirates of the Caribbean and the Haunted Mansion.  Signs were in Japanese, as well as perfect English; no typos or weird syntax at Disney!

Another family wanted to take photos with our kids. This only happened a couple of times; not as often as we expected.

Tokyo Disney visitors apparently don't like cinnamon churros, but prefer honey-lemon.  We had to try one, but decided it reminded us too much of cough drops.  Also had some pretzel-shaped bagels that were filled with sweetened cream cheese (we voted "yum"), and egg rolls filled with scrambled egg (vote = "eh").  For lunch, it was noodle bowls and orange soda.

By 6:00 p.m., the kids were wiped out.  We made our way back to the monorail, back on the adorable bus, and carried the poor, tired munchkins through the lobby and up to our room, where we all collapsed until a little after 2 a.m.  Then, time for Cup o' Noodles again!
