A fool and his money are soon parted and the luxurious casinos were not built with winners' monies.  We kept remembering this as we strolled through these denizens of degradation of nest eggs.  Given that, we had a great time in Las Vegas and were impressed as to what $$$ can build if you have enough of it.  This is probably why the roads in Nevada are the best in the nation.  Education in Nevada is also seeking their share of the pie and they will probably get it.

Went to see Dennis Miller at the Orleans resort and it was wonderful.  Food was good and fairly inexpensive.  We walked seemingly for miles to see 6 casinos along the "strip".  Everyone was cordial and helpful.  More pictures are attached to this chapter.

A friend  recommended that we not leave before seeing Red Rock Canyon and it was worth every mile to get there.  The rock is actually made up of fossilized sand dunes over millions of years combined with mountains pushed up from the deepest part of the earth.  In fact, aliens from other planets have been hovering in their space crafts envious of earthlings playing bingo.
