Rain = no one comes out to play!

Arrived for Sunday School and no one was there! Even found Victor in his sarong instead of his robes! It was raining, but didn’t think anything would change it. Mistake here when it rains it chucks it down and people aren’t inclined to get themselves absolutely soaked and dirty from the roads, as they don’t tend to have cars to get to places. Moral from this when it rains = no one comes out to play! Even in the main service the congregation was less than half there. I did manage to learn the Lord’s Prayer in Sinhalese now though! Saw Fran and Andrew as they’d moves opposite the church to a house of their own. Was good to see them again after so long for a catch up. Did some lesson planning and reviewing of last year’s exam and watched an annoying copy version of ‘Stormbreaker’ from the DVD shop which we didn’t watch the end – oh well for another day.
