So I left my house in Salinas at 10am on Friday the 14th. We had couple things to do before we left Salinas, but that didn't take too long. We stopped at the Mall in San Jose to get some more make-up before I left. Can't be running out of that. We got to the San Francisco airport about 1pm. I thought they were going to tell me that my bags were too heavy. If that was going to be the case, mom had a bag and I was going to have to take stuff out. The lady didn't try to charge me, so that was good. I had lunch with Mom and Gigi before I went through security. Every time I went through security I had to take off my boots, my three jackets, my belt, and pull out my laptop and hard drive. If there wasn't a line at security before me there was after. On my long flight from SFO to Heathrow I sat in the  middle seat and on my right was Carlos from Spain and on the left was an English Businessman. Carlos practically had a panic attack when the plane took off. Deathly afraid of flying. He warned me that he might grab my hand. He's an exchange student at Standford for the year. I watched the Flying Scotsman and then slept. I didn't really have any jet lag when I got here, which was nice.
