Ready to go

The camper is packed and hitched to the van. We've stocked the pantry and fridge, and I've got all my computer equipment ready for the trip.  It should be about a 5 hour ride from Wilkesboro to Charleston, SC. I try to keep the speed under 65mph because the combination of the 18' van and 32' camper can make for a wiggly ride under the wrong conditions.

We nearly decided to stay home because of our greyhound, Abagail's health. She's been at the vet's office nearly every day for the last week.  But the vet said we may as well go, as they have done what they know to do (antibiotics), and the meds just need to do their work at this point.

We will load us all in the van in the morning and get to Charleston in the mid afternoon.
