Marburg - Day 1

Well, our 4 hour bus drive turned into 8. We ran into construction and accidents. Harry, our driver, finally decided to take the back roads. That is interesting with a bus. He is a great driver. When we arrived, we were greated with a huge sign -MTV: It seems that MTV is having an University Invasion night here in Marburg. Harry found a very nice police man who hopped on our bus and helped us through all the roadblocks so we could get to the youth hostel. The hostel is at the back of the concert. It will be a loud night. We managed to make it in time for dinner. YEAH!

Now the kids are resting, playing ping pong and Rebecca's brother just showed up.

MTV

Tomorrow morning is for laundry and sightseeing, maybe a game of soccer with Harry and the other kids. In the evening we have a Night Watchman tour. The next day we will visit the castle and other landmarks.

Enjoy the evening and I will do my best to have the kiddos contact all father figures before the end of tomorrow.
