The astonishing Taj Mahal. Words can't describe it's beauty. So I wont bother to try.

Few words can adequately describe the Taj Mahal. So I will say only that we found it awsome! I hope the photos do it some justice (we have about 100!), the reality of it overwhelmed us. The gardens and surrounding buildings are also really impressive.
We went into the grounds at dawn (6:30am) after 3 attempts to get past the guard who wouldn't allow bags, torches, food etcetc past the gate! There was an eerie mist covering everything which made the Taj look really spooky. Quite fitting for something that is essentially a tomb.

We have spent the rest of the day chilling out ion preparation for a mammoth train journey tonight!
