Chicago :o)

So it was an incredibly tumultous time getting here.. So crazy. But by the time we finally arrive.. late.. we were ready to get down to business. We checking into our hotel and ofcourse had a few drinks down at the bar. It was so much fun the next day ( friday) we went and saw pat. He looked absolutely great except he had lost so much weight.. and he was thin to begin with! The ceremony was really nice, and after we went to bob chins seafood house which was awesome. Me and steve tried their world famous mai tai's which now we know why they are considered world famous! Even dad liked them! The next day ( saturday) we went shopping on the magnificent mile. Got the last and final piece to my mothers pavo real collection ( he is this incredible famous spanish jewelry designer who makes all this one of a kind jewelry. Everytime my mom would go up to chicago she would pick up a new piece of his jewelry. It so pretty its a ring. She had always wanted to get one more piece, so we got it in honor of her. Daddy is saving it for christmas for me though!We went out to Don Roths steak house. Wow it was honestly the best meal i have ever had. I had Prime rib oscar style ( with crab meat, some kind of special sauce, and esparagus), and we all got wine ofcourse and desert wason the house becuase they wanted to thank pat for being a marine. It was so cute. I am so proud of him. Sunday we got up and went and saw pat one last time at the base and said goodbye. We got some goodies at the navy store ( sweats and stuff) and then took off to ohare to catch our plane. It was a great time. I miss him though! ;)
