This is a section where I've attached some photos of some day trips we've done in and around London. Nothing exciting, but I must admit since my arrival I've been very happy to find out there there are some pretty cool natural spots around, nothing like my old stomping ground Llandudno in Cape Town, but it'll do for a while.

Basically we've managed to get to most of the major parks in London. Strangely enough the most famous ones are not that cool. I've included a Day out in Victoria park, where Groove Armada hosted an annual weekend event called Lovebox. Not only did we get to see big names like Mylo (brilliant) and Groove Armada (even better), we also managed to catch weird acts like a DJ playing some very funky dance along with...a twelve (or 24 - I can't remember) piece brass band. Very odd indeed, but it worked very well.

See the seasons change
Alison and I chilling (in Hyde Park again, different day though) waiting for the sunset. We got there at 6pm cause we forgot that the sun only sets at 10. Needless to day we left at about 7:30

We also managed a couple of days out at our local park, Hampstead Heath, which is without a doubt the best park I've ever seen, although it's more of a forest. Got some cool pics of that. And there are a couple of Windsor Park. It was a hazy day but it's a very well kept park (obviously, seeing as the queen spends her weekends there - these brits have money to waste). There are also one or two other 'events'.
