Well after crashing into the tree and getting out of thatwe made our way to the coastal town of Zadar. The old town is completely walled and on its own little island from the rest of the city. We found our hostel, Omladinski, which was a little creepy actually as it looked like an ex-school and was in a big dark building. I felt a little like I was in a horror movie and someone was going to just out at me in the big, creepy, co-ed bathroom! We drove back into town and walked around and climbed the church tower for a beautiful sunset. When we got back to our car the battery was dead again! So we had to walk to the gas stationa dn get someone to come jump us again...I feel like Im in my car at home!! The next day after a failed attempt to find the police station to file a report on the car for insurance we drove down the coast and stoped at several very tiny cute villages on the sea. We went through Pirosac, Sibenik, Primosten and Trogir. They were all wonderful and we would never have been able to see if we had been on the bus which took an inland route.Great great day!
