Hello Wal-Mart!

Our family left Elk River at around 5:30 p.m., approximately one hour after I got off work.  Tom and the girls spent the whole day packing and running errands.  It sure was nice to be able to get off work and just go.  Have to admit, I felt a little guilty not helping with the loading of the RV.  In addition to the GPS unit borrowed from Tom's dad, we also had Tom's cell phone.  On his cell, we were able to track on a smaller scale the nearest restaurants, gas stations, and Wal-Marts (for temporary sleeping sites), while the larger GPS was used to track the bigger picture, for today, Madison, Wisconsin.  Approximate arrival time, 10:45 p.m.      

We are off!
