Helene, Brice and I have started some courses to pass the french and american (PADI) diving level 1. Up to now, this is my best discovery during our trip. Diving is such an amazing experience, it open a new world, a world full of colored fish and corals, huges crayfishs and tortles (when you are lucky enough to see them) ...
"Diving is for tired or lazy people" told us an old diver who live on the island. Then the guy added : "No sport before, no sport during the diving, no sport after". Basically, a diver has to do as less effort as possible during the diving to reduce the oxygen consumption. After the diving, a time is needed for the nitrogean to decrease to a normal rate.

Diving is like Yoga. After it, you feel very quiet and peacefull. During the diving, the brain only focus on the fish and corals, and you forgot all your daily problems. It make us realy relax, especialy when our master offers us 1 or 2 glasses of Rhum after the diving, lol ...
Diving is something different than snorkelling. Highly better. For the view, for the feeling : you are not outside the sea world, but inside.
Therefore, we have decided to dive all together with our 4 guests.

Helene, Brice et moi avons commence des cours de plongee pour passer le niveau 1 francais et americain (PADI). Jusqu a present, c est ma meilleure decouverte de notre voyage. Plonger est un experience incroyable, ca ouvre un nouveau monde, un monde de poissons colores et de coraux, d immenses ecrevisses et de tortues (quand on a la chance de les voir) ...
"La plongee, c est pour les gens fatigues ou faineant" nous a dis un vieux plongeur qui vit sur l ile. Apres, il a ajoute : " Pas de sport avant, pas de sport pendant la plongee, et pas de sport apres". Effectivement, un plongeur doit faire le moins d effort possible pour reduire la consommation d oxygene. Apres la plongee, un temps est necessaire pour que l azote descende a un taux normal.
Plonger, c est comme faire du Yoga. Apres, on se sent tres calme et tranquille. Pendant la plongee, notre cerveau ne se focalise que sur les poissons et les coraux, on oublie nos pb quotidiens. Cela rend vraiment relax, surtout apres que notre profs nous est offert 1 ou 2 Rhum, lol ....
Plonger est differant du Palme/Tuba. Nettement meilleur. Pour la vue, pour le sentiment : on est pas en dehors du monde marrain mais a l interieur.
C est pour cela que nous avons decide de plonger tous ensemble avec nos 4 invites.
