Spain travel

The air plane ride to my connecting city completely sucked where i was placed in a middle seat with an agro brazy and taller gent.  my lay over was for about 3 hours and i spent it walking around the airport and drinking a brew. made a few phone calls cuz i knew they would be my last for a few days. the flight to madrid was awesome no one was in my row this time and i slept the entire flight. Arrived in madrid where evan was waiting at my terminal. <last minute before leaving i had contacted a friend who was livin in madrid for school. She offered to put us up for a night. Turns out she shares a piso with 7 girls. damn!!! no they were super nice and showed us the town also took us out for drinks and such. madrid is a really cool city but not for me. has the feel of NY city. people dress in suites new shoe stores everywhere. We went to a town called toledo , which i was told was the old capital of spain. Rad city with beautiful catholic cathedrals. The place was amazing. its what you think old spain would look like. i'will post pics when i get the chance. As i write this i am now in barcelona. madrid was a rad city but i had to leave.
