WOW - 4 days in Boston!

So I actually spent some time in Boston... a real rarity.

Arrived back late on Friday night and then went to the office on Friday. Good to see some people again and get a few office type things done. Went out with Anne, her friend Jimmy, Sarah, Alex, Calvo and his kids! But was a great night and ended up staying in the Marlowe all night and running up a $400 bar tab! WOW not a bad nights work and was great fun. Think everyone had a good night.

The heart of the world beats under the three hills of Boston

So slept until 4pm - had a little play with my BlackBerry early on and then slept again! Got up and chilled oput for a while had some food and then off to meet Sarah, Alex, Anne and Jimmy again to go to the top of the Hub - skyscraper downtown with a great view - indeed it was apart from the service, which was at best BAD. Not worth it really but one of those things to do! Then we headed to the North end and had a few drinks and then went to an Italian, everyone was really tired so we called it a night and went home.

More sleeping on Sunday and more relaxing. Went to meet the gang again to go down to Quincy to see Anne's place - maybe moving in if we can fin d a two bed place, that would be great - better than my place!! We went down to Quincy and then went to Waterworks, a great Beach Bar. Quite quiet but sure it will be good fun when busy - will bring the chaps here when they come over. Really nice boardwalk along the waterfront too though and we ended up having a few drinks and then som egood food.

What a great weekend, really good to meet some people and spend some time getting to know them. Off early on Monday morning to Chicago and then on to Oklahoma City/Stillwater again...
