Day 3

15 Aug 2007

The Twin towers look so beautiful at night. I don't think I've ever seen such beautiful buildings....

Check out was at 10 am. So we had some time to explore in the morning. We checked out some near by shopping malls like Low Yat Plaza - A good place for computer hardware, game consoles and hand phones. A "must visit" for the tech inclined & Sungei Wang - A great place to buy cameras and watches. The morning went very fast.

Came back checked out and then we came to our new cool and hip hotel “Citrus Hotel”. Like I said the view from the windows were the Twin Towers…very nice. Had Lunch buffet from the hotel. It was a nice deal for only RM15 per person.

I wanted to see the Aquaria…which is Malaysian version of the Underwater world. So took a taxi there. The Aquaria was gorgeous…I think I loved it better than Singapore.

We saw some unusual, unique and enchanting marine animals like the sea horse, eels & some with names like frog fish and other enchanting strange life forms that exist in the depths of the ocean.

Same picture – You are on moving walkway, and cruise slowly through an oceanic wonderland. Apart from the walkway, there are other zones inside the aquarium -- six of them in all in fact. As you move from zone to zone, you are essentially taken on a journey through a variety of ecosystems, ranging from deep sea (the tunnel) to the jungle to the highlands.

The sun was setting already by the time we finished. We could not resist going to see the Twin Towers after this.

They look so beautiful at night. I don't think I've ever seen such beautiful buildings.

Came back to our hotel & had dinner. Slept peacefully for the first time after coming to KL.
